OC Print Pros Searches For Local Artistic Talent

Orange County, California June 9, 2011 – OC Print Pros is currently searching for local artistic talent to help them design T-shirt art for garments that will be given to Orange County homeless shelters and soup kitchens.

“We are specifically looking for kids that have a great artistic talent”. “The winner of our contest will have their artwork featured on T-shirts that we give away to local nonprofit organizations and soup kitchens for the homeless” said Rob, CEO of OC Print Pros. “We are always looking to give back and we also like to involve the community and this is a great way for kids to participate and to enjoy the fruits of their labor”. “The unique artwork the winner creates will be printed on all T-shirts we give away throughout the year”.

“The kids were so excited when I mentioned this contest to them” said Alison Knowles, intermediate school teacher. “We have so many talented artists and I think it's going to be a tough decision for the people at OC Print Pros but this is such a fun project I really don't think there will be any losers”.

“We felt this was a great way to get children involved in helping local nonprofit organizations that support the homeless”. “Kids are always so eager to help but often times they don't get the exposure to opportunities like this” said Caitlin Passalaqua, OC Print Pros vice president of marketing. “I'm just as excited as the kids are to see the final art project that we select, we have a big event planned to showcase the T-shirt with the winner's artwork”.
